What if I don’t sell some of the brands or bike parts that appear on cyqlbuilder?

cyqlbuilder was created to fit the specific needs of your online shop. This means that you are free to select just the brands and bike parts that you actually sell to appear on cyqlbuilder for your particular website.

I’m a manufacturer and our products are only offered on complete bikes. Why would cyqlbuilder be good for me?

Your products may be available only as part of a complete bike but typically those who purchase your products are likely to make upgrades down the road. They may be interested in switching out their wheels, or handlebars or groupset and want to have a visual of what their “new” bike would look like. Cyqlbuilder will provide information for the closest dealer.

I really like the cyqlbuilder application. Can I add it to my bike shop website without purchasing the entire cyqlshop solution?

Absolutely. cyqlbuilder can be embedded into any website without purchasing the entire cyqlshop solution. You just pay the monthly fee for cyqlbuilder.

What happens when new models or product updates come out? How do I make those changes in cyqlbuilder?

The answer is simple. You don’t have to do anything. As soon as product updates or changes are sent to us by manufacturers we upload them to cyqlbuilder and the changes instantly appear on all active cyqlbuilders. You will receive notification when changes are made.

How do I submit items to cyqlbuilder that are not currently featured?

We are continually making updates to cyqlbuilder and want to have the most complete database available. We appreciate all submissions. Please send any products you would like included to info@cyqlr.com. Please attach images (at the appropriate 90 degree angle and minimum 150 dpi) and all respective specification information.

cyqlbuilder is really cool but I’m really not into road bikes. Will cyqlbuilder build anything else?

At this time cyqlbuilder is built to only configure road bikes. As we move into future phases of cyqlbuilder we will include mountain, bmx, and commuter bikes.

What do you mean when you say cyqlbuilder is integrated much like a youtube video?

What we mean is that we host the cyqlbuilder application on our servers but it’s fully integrated into your site. Your customers will never venture away from your site when using cyqlbuilder keeping them right where you want them. Sites that have youtube videos embedded work the same way.

What if I don’t ship complete bikes?

Even if you do not ship complete bikes or even some bike parts you can simply list all items for in store pick-up only and it’ll appear in the shopping cart once a buyer hits the “add to cart” button. Ultimately it’s up to you whether you want the “add to cart” button in your cyqlbuilder. You can add or delete this feature from the backend of your database.

Do you have an application that will build the man/woman of my dreams?

Although we receive this request all the time, and we would love to help fulfill all dreams, it is with much regret to tell you that this application is not available at this time. However, I hear that cyqlr software’s marketing director is available. She’s a pretty good catch. You may want to start there.

Want a closer look? Click any part of your bike to view that part’s weight, material, size and price. Move each part independently around the screen if you’d like and decide what to keep and what to change.

As your site visitors build their bike, cyqlbuilder simultaneously adds up the weight and price for each part they choose giving them a complete snapshot.

Save Your Bike

cyqlbuilder allows customers to save any bike they have built. Their most recent ten changes are automatically saved at the bottom right of the screen and with one click your customer can easily revert back to any bike they have configured.

If your customer wants to save their bike directly to their computer to view at a later time or share with a friend they can utilize the “save bike” feature. Before saving, cyqlbuilder will ask for their email and zip code. This information is then passed on to you, the dealer, giving you access to a new prospect and potential customer.

Share Your Bike

cyqlbuilder lets your shoppers email their configured bike with all of its specs to a friend or they can print out their bike with a list of all of its specs and take it with them on their next visit to your shop.

Integrated Shopping Cart

Each cyqlbuilder has an “add to cart” button that is linked to your shopping cart. When someone is ready to purchase their bike or a part of their bike they simple click “add to cart” and they are directed to the shopping cart they would normally see on your site. They then can proceed through checkout as usual.

Comprehensive Database

Cyqlbuilder includes a database of hundreds of bike parts from wheels to shifters and everything in between. We are continually updating and adding new products and you have instant access to it all. We provide the images, weights and MSRP for each item. All you have to do is select the bike parts you want to appear on your site based on what you actually have available for sale. Edit the pricing so it reflects what you charge. Change the selection at any time by adding or removing products with just a few simple clicks in the database.

Quick Search

Shoppers can search any bike part, manufacturer or color that they want to add to their bike. They enter what they are looking for in the search fields under the appropriate bike category to the right and cyqlbuilder will instantly show all products associated with the keywords entered. Cyqlbuilder is so intuitive it’ll recognize what is being searched before the entire word has even been typed.

How do I set up my cyqlshop?

Simply click on any “sign up” button and you’ll be asked a series of questions that will help us determine what your needs are. From there we will get you set up with a free, no obligation 30-day trial to try out all of the great cyqlshop features.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract if I start using cyqlshop?

Not at all. We hate contracts as much as you do. cyqlshop is month-to-month so pay as you go.

Are there any penalties if I cancel?

Nope. Although we would hate to see you leave us we’ll send you on your way and wish you the best without penalty.

Can I use my own web address? What if I don’t have one?

Yes, you can use your own web address/domain name. You can either re-delegate your domain and use our DNS servers or you can point your domain to your new cyqlshop site – it’s up to you.

If you do not have a domain name you can use any of the domain name companies to register a name for your site or for a nominal fee we can do the set up and linking for you.

How can I customize the look and feel of my cyqlshop?

cyqlshop provides a wide array of site designs to choose from. Each design gives you the ability to decide what you would like to appear on your site from photos, product info, page navigation tabs and more.

Can I run cyqlshop on my own servers?

cyqlshop is a hosted service and is not available as a download, so you can’t install it on other servers. Trust us – this is a good thing. Managing, configuring and maintaining servers is not fun. Unless you have an unlimited supply of aspirin it’s not worth the headache.

Does cyqlshop include POP email?

Yes, cyqlshop includes a POP3 email service and webmail too with an unlimited number of emails!

I like my current website, but cyqlshop’s content management features sound like something I need. Can I merge my front-end with cyqlshop?

Yeah sure! You can get all the best cyqlshop has to offer while maintaining the current look of your site. You will have to get a knowledgeable developer to help you sync your site with ours but most should know how to do this.

Do I automatically get cyqlbuilder when I purchase cyqlshop?

Yup! cyqlbuilder is an included feature with cyqlshop.

We are continually making updates to cyqlshop and ideally want to have the most complete database available. However, if you do not see a product that you need you can simply upload your own product images and add the descriptions and pricing information directly in cyqlshop.

Have a product you want to share with all cyqlshop users? You can decide when uploading products if you want to make them accessible to everyone or if you want them to appear on your site only.

What languages does cyqlshop support?

Right now we only support English but are working to add other languages soon.

Since you’re so good at helping me manage my site can you manage to find me a date for Friday night too?
