Yes, you can use your own web address/domain name. You can either re-delegate your domain and use our DNS servers or you can point your domain to your new cyqlshop site – it’s up to you.
If you do not have a domain name you can use any of the domain name companies to register a name for your site or for a nominal fee we can do the set up and linking for you.
cyqlshop provides a wide array of site designs to choose from. Each design gives you the ability to decide what you would like to appear on your site from photos, product info, page navigation tabs and more.

cyqlshop is a hosted service and is not available as a download, so you can’t install it on other servers. Trust us – this is a good thing. Managing, configuring and maintaining servers is not fun. Unless you have an unlimited supply of aspirin it’s not worth the headache.

We are continually making updates to cyqlshop and ideally want to have the most complete database available. However, if you do not see a product that you need you can simply upload your own product images and add the descriptions and pricing information directly in cyqlshop.
Have a product you want to share with all cyqlshop users? You can decide when uploading products if you want to make them accessible to everyone or if you want them to appear on your site only.

If you do not currently have an ecommerce site or a merchant account you may choose to set up a merchant account supported by Authorize.net or any of the dozens of other direct payment gateways available.
Once you’ve set things up input your merchant information into your cyqlshop. Once payments are processed your funds are transferred into your bank account.
A payment gateway authorizes your online payments and protects sensitive credit card information so that information is passed securely between you, the merchant, and your customer.
No, cyqlshop integrates with any of the dozens of payment gateways out there. Just simply input your merchant account information into your cyqlshop backend and you’re good to go.
Nope! We have no interest in taking any portion of your online sales. However, do keep in mind that Authorize.net or any payment gateway you choose may charge you a fee to process your payments. Check with them for fee information.
Contact any of our supported shipping providers and they’ll help you set up an account. Once you have an account number simply enter it into cyqlshop and you’re all set up.
Yes, you still have the option to sell bikes online. You can adjust your shopping cart to alert customers that their purchase is for in-store pick-up only.
Yes, a tracking number will automatically be generated so that you and your customer know where their precious items are at all times.
Unfortunately, the last time we checked it is illegal to ship humans internationally but you may want to check domestic laws. There may be some type of work around!
cyqlbuilder was created to fit the specific needs of your online shop. This means that you are free to select just the brands and bike parts that you actually sell to appear on cyqlbuilder for your particular website.
Your products may be available only as part of a complete bike but typically those who purchase your products are likely to make upgrades down the road. They may be interested in switching out their wheels, or handlebars or groupset and want to have a visual of what their “new” bike would look like. Cyqlbuilder will provide information for the closest dealer.

The answer is simple. You don’t have to do anything. As soon as product updates or changes are sent to us by manufacturers we upload them to cyqlbuilder and the changes instantly appear on all active cyqlbuilders. You will receive notification when changes are made.

At this time cyqlbuilder is built to only configure road bikes. As we move into future phases of cyqlbuilder we will include mountain, bmx, and commuter bikes.
What we mean is that we host the cyqlbuilder application on our servers but it’s fully integrated into your site. Your customers will never venture away from your site when using cyqlbuilder keeping them right where you want them. Sites that have youtube videos embedded work the same way.
Even if you do not ship complete bikes or even some bike parts you can simply list all items for in store pick-up only and it’ll appear in the shopping cart once a buyer hits the “add to cart” button. Ultimately it’s up to you whether you want the “add to cart” button in your cyqlbuilder. You can add or delete this feature from the backend of your database.
Although we receive this request all the time, and we would love to help fulfill all dreams, it is with much regret to tell you that this application is not available at this time. However, I hear that cyqlr software’s marketing director is available. She’s a pretty good catch. You may want to start there.
