Notifications

As soon as an order is placed on your website you will be notified via email. You will then login to your cyqlshop to view your list of orders. Click the order you are looking for and move forward with completing it.

1. Direct Communication

Engage in dialogue with customers right from the order screen by sending messages straight to their email keeping them informed about their order process. Let them know of their current order status, when items will be shipped and if any issues arise.

All messages sent also appear on the order itself so when a customer logs in to track their order all messages are visible.
